• Web and mobile application design
• Print and digital marketing materials
• User interface and user experience design
• Creative consultation and strategy
• Subscription-based design services

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Services

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Subscription details, including pricing and features, are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

4.2 Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refunds for existing subscriptions are at our discretion.

5. Project Terms and Deliverables

5.1 Project Scope

Each project will be defined by a separate agreement or statement of work that outlines deliverables, timelines, and costs. Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing.

5.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely feedback and approvals
• Supplying necessary materials and information
• Making payments according to agreed terms
• Communicating clearly about project requirements

5.3 Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur additional charges. Major changes to project scope may require a new agreement and additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Client Materials

You retain ownership of all materials you provide to us. By providing materials, you grant us a license to use them solely for the purpose of completing your project.

6.2 Work Product

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use our general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project.

6.3 Portfolio Rights

We may use completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. We will not use confidential or proprietary client information.

7. Confidentiality

We understand the importance of confidentiality in design work. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to protect our rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OFFQUEST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OFFQUEST and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OFFQUEST operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
